Called a tool chest, but it could also be used to store other things. Built using traditional dovetail joinery for the case and tenon and mortises for the lid, it is extremely strong and can withstand the rough treatment a tool chest might have to endure. This particular chest is a smaller version of the one Christopher Schwarz designed and depicted in his book “The Anarchist’s Tool Chest”. Can be custom fitted to accommodate the specific items you need to store in it.
Yellow Cedar, Douglas Fir, and White Oak, painted.
